API to search for transaction disputes based on specified search criteria.
This endpoint performs the following operations:

1. Validates and applies default values for search parameters, such as sort order and pagination limit.
2. Retrieves transaction dispute details from the repository.
3. Combines raw data with computed values for each dispute and returns the results to the consumer.
