API to retrieve the list of available dispute reason codes.
This endpoint returns a collection of reason codes that can be used when creating or updating disputes.

The response includes:

• Code: The unique identifier for the reason code
• Reason: A description of the dispute reason
• CaseCategory: The category of the case (e.g., NON_FRAUD, FRAUD)
• ReasonCategory: The category of the reason (e.g., CHARGES, CREDITS)

The endpoint handles the following status codes from Integration API:

• 200: Success - Returns the list of reason codes
• 400: Bad Request - Invalid request parameters
• 401: Unauthorized - Authentication failure
• 500: Internal Server Error - Server-side error
